Home Portrait service
For your convenience, we offer you a home portrait service, where we call to your home to take your family portraits. This means that you and your family can relax in familiar surroundings, where children will feel more comfortable. If you wish to use several changes of clothing during the portrait sitting you will have everything to hand in your own home.
We will arrive at your home at a time previously agreed with you and set up our portable studio. The portrait session normally takes about an hour and during that time we will take portraits of your entire family as a group and also individually. We are there to photograph what you want as every portrait session is personal to the family involved. Please feel free to let us know if there are separate individual groupings within the family that you would like photographed. For example you may want sisters photographed together or father and son, mother and daughter together etc. If you have a family pet we will be happy to photograph it too as it is a member of the family too.
We normally take all photographs in colour and then if you wish to order Black and White or Sepia prints we convert them afterwards. The reason we do this is that it gives you more options afterwards.
We will present the proofs from your portrait session to you approximately a week later on a DVD with suitable background music so that the entire family can view them at the same time on your TV. Included with the proof DVD will be an order form on which you can order your portraits. Once you fill out the order form and we receive it we will process your requirements and deliver the finished portraits to you as soon as possible.
You have several options when it comes to placing your order. We can present to you a collection of your photographs in a specially created hardback library style book. You can also opt for mounted or mounted and framed prints in Colour or Black and White, printed on heavy duty photographic paper or canvas.
The home portrait service costs €40.00 for the normal sitting which includes the proofs on DVD. This price covers all areas within 20km of Navan. Outside this area there is a small additional charge for the mileage and extra travelling involved.
All prints ordered from the proof DVD are supplied properly mounted, (and framed if required).They are available in a range of sizes starting at 7" x 5" in a 10" x 8" mount for 10.00 euro, up to and beyond our most popular size,a 20" x 16" print mounted in a 28" x 22" frame for only 100.00 euro. (depending on style of frame)
Larger sizes are of course also available prices on request.
Canvas prints are also available with prices on request.
